The streets of manila were barely visible this September 26 2009. So many people were stranded including my parents and some friends.This flood thing totally gave me fright when i learned we'll be having more of them. PAG-ASA said that there are two more storms coming our way this September. Unfortunately, They do not have the proper equipment to determine it's effects and strength. Even though it will be hard, it looks like we just have to helplessly sit and wait for further announcements.
Hands down to the Ateneo Rowing Team. Using rubber boats donates from toy kingdom, they were able to rescue stranded people. Even though there were electrical chords floating everywhere they still managed to brave through the storm. Literally. Until then.
